Boutique by design

Your own team in Bulgaria — without hiring one

We are not a volume provider. For every client we put together a working team matched to the business: an accountant, a payroll specialist and tax expertise, and audit readiness when the law requires an audit. You always know who is looking after your company.

The practice is led personally by Nikolet Valcheva, Partner at the audit firm Ordo Clarus. We work only with selected clients.

Questions owners ask us

Do I need to be in Bulgaria to work with you?

No. Most of the work can be done remotely — documents are exchanged electronically and meetings happen online.

Can you report in our group’s format?

Yes. Alongside the Bulgarian statutory books we prepare the reports your headquarters needs, in English.

How are your fees set?

Individually — based on the volume of transactions, the number of employees and the services you need. You receive a clear proposal before we start.

Does my company need a statutory audit?

It depends on size thresholds set by Bulgarian law. We check this for you each year and, when it applies, prepare the books and work with your independent auditor.

Tell us about your Bulgarian company

We take on new clients after an initial conversation. Tell us about your company — we will get back to you within one working day.
