Independence

In line with auditor independence requirements, we do not audit financial statements we have prepared ourselves. For our accounting clients, Nubes Soft prepares the books and documentation and works directly with the independent auditor. When is an audit mandatory?

An audit is required when a company exceeds certain thresholds for total assets, net revenue and average number of employees. We will tell you in the first call whether your company is in scope.
