This policy explains how Nubes Soft processes the personal data you provide through nubessoft.bg and nubessoft.eu. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.

2. What data we collect
Through the contact form: name, company, email, phone, country and the content of your message.
When you visit the website: technical data needed for it to work – IP address, browser type and time of visit, recorded automatically in the hosting provider’s server logs.
We do not collect special categories of personal data and we ask you not to send accounting documents through the form.

If you become a client, your data is processed under the accounting services agreement and applicable law, as set out separately in that agreement.
4. Retention
Data from enquiries that do not lead to an agreement is kept for up to 12 months after the last communication and then deleted. Server logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider.
5. Recipients
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Your data may be processed by our service providers acting on our instructions:
- SuperHosting.BG – website hosting and email services (Bulgaria, EU);
- Google – email services (Gmail) used to handle incoming correspondence.
Where a provider processes data outside the EU, this is done under appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
6. Cookies
The website uses only strictly necessary cookies required for it to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will ask for your explicit consent.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
- restrict processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a structured format (portability);
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

8. Right to complain
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection – 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, Sofia 1592, www.cpdp.bg – or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last change.
